  • On November 25, we started off the 16th Days of Activism .

We ventured into a new community that is Nongrah in Ri Bhoi which is a community adjacent to our existing communities that we currently work with.
With the help of the community leaders including the Seng Longkmie (women), Seng Rangbah (men), and Seng Samla (youth), we had an open discussion about violence against women and children.

During the interactive session, which served as more of an introduction to the organisation, community leaders discussed the issues that community were facing and emphasised the need for parents to be more approachable and engaging with their children given the fact that how the children are more influence how engrossed they are in social media.

The men's active involvement in the programme was greatly appreciated, and they acknowledged the need for sessions and activities involving the community's youth.
Men and women together showed their interest to participate and engage the organization in their community projects as well as take the Sport for development program forward.
