Program Officer
Peacefully Marsharing, a young khasi woman, has been working at Faith Foundation since 2017. Initially, she began working with Faith Foundation as an intern as a student pursuing a post-graduate degree. Peacefully Marsharing holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Women’s College, North Eastern Hill University. She completed her master’s degree at the Bosco Institute, Dibrugarh University, Assam.
Due to her interest in working with children, she decided to work with us. As the Program Officer, she is responsible for all the projects within the organization. As of 2017, she has been involved in the field of personal safety as a facilitator. She has served as a resource person for raising awareness about Child Sexual Abuse and has presented on Personal Safety Education Program, Child Rights, and parenting skills in both the government sector and non-government organizations. As well as facilitating and training other stakeholders on Child Sexual Abuse and PSEP
