Advisory Council
Nalini Andrade has worked in community engagement, youth development, women’s empowerment, and education for over twelve years. In India, she has supported women and youth access to education, livelihood and human rights through community-based projects. Nalini manages the International Development Institute at Humber College in Canada, which includes international collaborations and projects in education, skill training, and capacity building.
During her work as a project manager throughout East Africa and Southeast Asia, she draws on her practical knowledge and experience. She obtained a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Diploma in Human Rights Law.
