Maxdorson D Syiem

Maxdorson D. Syiem is a Khasi-Mizo man from Shillong. He has always been curious about the surrounding society, and sociology has always been a subject of his interest. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sankardev College (affiliated with NEHU) in 2021 and went on to pursue his Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development from Martin Luther Christian University in 2024. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for social work.
Currently, Maxdorson is a dedicated Outreach Educator at Faith Foundation, where he has been working since April 2024. With a passion for making a positive impact in society, he aims to collaborate closely with schools, parents, and communities to ensure a holistic support system for children, helping them grow up in a safe and nurturing environment. He believes that every child deserves to feel safe and valued and is committed to making this a reality through his efforts and teamwork.
