Daphishisha Kharpran
Accountant
Daphishisha Kharpran is a young woman from the Khasi community of Shillong, Meghalaya. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honours in Finance and Accounting from Shillong College, Shillong. She has also completed various short-term computer courses, including a Diploma in Computer Applications from NIIT, Shillong, and Accounting Tally with GST from Don Bosco Youth Centre. Additionally, she completed life skills training facilitated by Mahindra Classroom.
Before joining the organisation, Daphishisha worked as a teacher at St. Xavier Secondary School, Nongthymmai, for 1.5 years (February 2021 to June 2022). She then worked as an Assistant Accountant at Rani Cellphones for 2.6 years (June 2022 to October 2024).
She is currently working as an Accountant and Admin Assistant in the organisation. With Finance and Accounting as her key strengths, she strives for accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in everything she does to make the financial operations of the organisation smoother and more effective.
